I can never remember a time when I was not drawing or painting. I still have the sketch books from when I was 5 and 6 years of age. I am an artist first and what everyone else expects second. Nature is my favourite subject. I enjoy how it constantly changes and challenges the eye.

With each new painting or stained glass piece I attempt to push the boundary of colour, texture and form. I become one with the image exploring the inner sanctum and harmony that nature has created. I try to incorporate not only colour and form, but sound and smell within the image. As I paint a beach scene, I want the viewer to yearn for the soft sand on their feet..the sound of the waves...the warmth of the sun.
